Environmental Tectonics stock to be delisted from NYSE Amex - Philadelphia Business Journal:

The Southampton, Pa., maker of flighft simulators, hyperbaric chambers and other equipment said it is in discussionss to have its stocko quoted for trading on the Over the CounterBulletin Board. ETC’s board of directords decided to delistthe company’s stock from the NYSE Amex because the terms of , H.F. Lenfest, won’tf allow the company to remain in compliance with a NYSE Amex rule forcontinued listing. ETC (NYSE Amex:ETC) said its board regrets the compangy couldn’t structure the financingf on terms that would allow it to complh with NYSE Amex continuefdlisting rules, but the board felt the financiny was critical to ETC’s continue operation and growth.
The companu said it feels investore will be adequately served by other alternatives to the NYSE such as the Over the CounterBulletin Board, becauswe of the light trading volume of its stock. ETC also said the delistin of its common stock will provide it with greater corporate flexibility and allow it to deployg more resources to its corebusinesss operations. ETC said it intends to continue to complhy with its reporting obligations under the Securities Exchangde Actof 1934.
