Sacramento, Calif. Chicago-Naperville-Joliet, Ill. Anaheim-Irvine, Calif. Oakland-Fremont, Calif. Ore.-Wash. Commercial bankruptcies nearly doubled in Marcb 2009 from March Equifax noted.
