Most of the liabilities are in the form of securedc claimsby Trilogy’s lender and bank. in Wis., claims it is owed $61.7 millionh in secured debt. Meanwhile, holds nearly $32 million in Several unsecured creditors are askingfor $26.1 million. Among those are JE Dunn, which claimsz $13.
8 million from an arbitratio n judgment enteredagainst Trilogy. Also holdinvg significant claimsare LLC, which was slaterd to resume construction in JE Dunn’s with a $3.63 million claim, and Bernstein himself, with a $3.9i8 million note payable. A creditor’s meetiny is scheduled for June 24.
