Travis County presses on with downtown campus study - Austin Business Journal:

National courts planning consultany Ricci Greene Associates of New York and technicap consulting company Wiginton Hooker Jeffret out of Dallas will also work on theplanningg process. The awarded work will include avisioning process, assessment of curreng facilities/operations, a strategic growth plan, and facility requirements. The facilities master-planning process involves initiatiojnand outreach, physical analysis, conceptua l planning alternatives and master plan Travis County’s downtown campus comprises a 12-square-block The Heman Marion Sweatt Travis County Courthousw serves as its epicenter, with 33 departments operating from that building.
The project will produce a comprehensivde statementof long-term programmatic and space needs, Broaddus & Associatesd said. The process will also establish a master plan for possiblefuture expansion.
